More about me

I spent a long time in classrooms as a K-12 and college educator, and I'm lucky to now have the opportunity to return to my journalistic roots as a writer and editor.

While teaching full-time, I managed to produce nearly 1,000 published clips in my freelance career -- including news, features, travel, sports and commentary pieces. I've also produced content for several book publishers, including multiple editions of a teacher's guide and ancillary materials for the leading college journalism textbook in the country.

I'm keen to see what kind of opportunities there are out there that fit my unique set of communication, writing and editing skills.
